We regret to inform you that it has been identified that, depending on usage conditions, some units of the “ULTIMA RCⅣ” and “ULTIMA RC PRO G2” may develop looseness in the sight block.

To ensure that our customers can use our products with confidence, we will take corrective action by supplying replacement parts and providing repairs for products with the applicable serial numbers through our distributors and dealers.

We sincerely apologize for any concern and inconvenience this issue may cause to our customers and all related parties.

Affected Products:

The following products with serial numbers starting with “R” and up to “R101715,” indicated on the lower part of the sight plate on the product body, are subject to this notice:

・ULTIMA RCⅣ
・ULTIMA RC PRO G2

Request to Customers:

If your product falls within the affected serial number range, please contact your local distributor or dealer from whom you purchased the product.

Replacement parts will be supplied to distributors and dealers, and repairs will be carried out locally. They will provide you with further instructions on the repair procedure.

How to Check the Serial Number:

Please check the serial number starting with “R” indicated on the lower part of the sight tape on the product body.
